Chef Sa'Renn
I believe that the kitchen is the heart of your well-being. My work sits where culinary craft, herbal health and nutrition science meet — and where real life actually happens. Food is not a punishment or a performance. It is information, ritual, and care.
As a future naturopathic doctor with specialized training in grief and loss, I build plans that assume you are a whole person with real limits. We keep what already works for you, and we change the mix — herbs, spices, and small rituals that heal you from the inside out.
"I help diet-tired adults feed themselves through life's heaviest seasons with chef-led nutrition because all people deserve to be fed. Not just the people living 'perfect, healthy lives.'"
you deserve to be fed.

before the plan, the listening
Most of the work happens before a pot ever hits the stove. Chef Sa'Renn asks what your week actually looks like — the shifts, the caregiving, the appetite that comes and goes — and builds around that. Grief and loss training means she hears what people don't say out loud: that some seasons, eating at all is the win.
more than a title
She's a nutrition-informed chef and a naturopathic doctor in training. She's also the person who grows what she can, sources fresh from people she knows by name, and believes a spice jar can carry as much medicine as it does memory.
That's why the work is spiritual as much as it is clinical. Feeding yourself is a practice you already have. Serene Cuisines just changes what goes into it.
